The staff IS helpful and kind. the beds ARE comfortable. Rooms ARE cleaned every day, and showers are spot on.
the toilet DID not work for both nights. There WAS no offer for reimbursement OR to move rooms. I had to use the bathroom IN the lobby it WAS inconvenient.

The hotel is centrally located, , Made exploring attractions REALLY easy. The staff was friendly and quick to help. I liked the Coffee and tea served in the mornings.
The room was very small i think. There was very limited space for luggage AND moving around. THE towel rack in the bathroom was broken.

Excellent Stay Near Broadway
convenient location complimentary coffee early upgrade
The location proved very convenient with a short walk to Times Square and the surrounding theaters. They upgraded our room free of charge from the queen to a king when we arrived early. This upgrade. The lobby offered complimentary coffee each morning a definite plus.
The lack of a refrigerator in the room posed a challenge for storing drinks and snacks. I would have liked to have a mini fridge in my room.

i liked the location. it was near a subway station. the staff was helpful when i asked questions. there was also free tea and coffee every day.
the hotel seemed old. the room felt small. it was not well-equipped. i had to pay a deposit and i waited almost two weeks for its return.

convenient location polite staff pleasant woman thin walls outside noise electrical outlets
The hotel location was convenient. It was close to central park. The staff was polite upon arrival. a pleasant woman from ukraine worked at the front desk.
The walls were very thin. I could hear other guests. Windows did not block any outside noise. The electrical outlets were falling out of the walls.
